Versace Leather Jacket

Photos by Andrew Arnold

Outfit: Jacket - Versace for H&M ($299), Wedges - Michael Antonio ($70), Shirt - Coco de Coeur ($35)

When I was waiting outside of H&M for Versace all night, all I could think about was one item of clothing. And if all I left with in the morning was that item, I would honestly be happy. That item was this leather jacket. It was the most desired item by all and there were only 8 on the shelf to buy. Much to my luck and dedication, I walked out with one in hand. I wish you guys could feel this leather, it is so buttery and soft. When I wear this leather jacket, I feel extremely special because of the rarity of the my piece. However, so few are aware of just how amazing it is.

It goes with everything and I just can not seem to take it off :-)

On an other note, my mom and I spent the the weekend in the city with my friend Daniella and her mom. We had an amazing time eating, going out, and of course, shopping. I am so excited to take pictures in my many new outfits and show them to you. For those of you near a Zara, they are having an amazing sale and I suggest if you can get there soon, you do.

Styling Elements - Part One

Outfit: Sweater - F21 ($10), Jacket - Express ($150), Boots - Jeffrey Campbell Litas ($160), Scarf - F21 ($12)

How many of us have pieces in our closet that we absolutely love, but we wear them the same exact way every time we put them on? As a result, we end up rarely wearing these great pieces because we don't want people thinking we only have one great outfit. So, I decided to do a two part post wearing the same sweater and leggings, but changing my stylings elements to create a completely different look. It's pretty amazing what some shoes and scarves can do :)

Let me introduce you to my very bright, very pink sweater. I love wearing this sweater in the winter, not only is it warm, but when everyone is wearing neutral tones during cold weather I stand out. And I love standing out. The other day I paired it with my favorite infinity scarf and Litas. I love the look of wearing one bright color with all black and white (I think I have a thing for black and white). I love the way these elements look paired with this sweater. I felt like a modern "Pink Lady" from Grease and, since I love that movie, it was a pretty great feeling :)

Stay tuned for how I change this look completely tomorrow!

PS - I got this sweater last year, but they have a similar one for way cheap at Forever 21 this year! It's $12 right now, so don't miss out.
